How to get exact color code that you see in PC's and wish to use in your Web Pages and Photoshop ?

Okay coming to the point of color code. So reading further I tell you this post will beneficial for my those friends who specially deals with web development & Photo Manipulating, editing etc.
Needless to say that web development includes using lots of colors in header footer and many divs, alike photo editing job use variants colors for clone stamp, background etc.
So how to do it...(IT's INCLUDES 5 STEPS)
Step 1 - Open the unfamiliar search engine, and Type Free Color Picker

Step 3 - After loading the page, click on the Green DOWNLOAD NOW button.
Wait for a moment and your download will start. If not kindly follow this. Click on the restart the download.
Now question arises how to use it. Once you install it successfully, all you have to do is RUN the software (Color Picker).
Step 4 - Once you RUN/OPEN the color picker you see a pop up box written with just color picker as shown in image.
Using the mouse, point the particular color that you want to use. Press Alt + X and click on the Copy Value Button.
Step 5 - After you copied, color code (ex : #ffffff) will stay in your clipboard. You can use it by just pasting (Ctrl+V) in editor or Photoshop.
